YES. Our products are developed for pets and should always be used as directed.

For fragrance mist products, avoid the eyes, nose, mouth, irritated skin, and open wounds. Discontinue if irritation occurs.

YES. Our pet carriers are made for real movement, from running errands and shopping to road trips and flights. Carry your pet anywhere they're allowed to go.

All of our pet carriers are TSA and airline compliant for travel on most major U.S. and international carriers (check your airline's specific requirements before travel).

If your airline requires the carrier to be closed during in-cabin travel, make sure your pet is able to lay flat, turn around, and rest comfortably inside the carrier before securing the mesh cover in place. Do not leave your pet unattended at any time.

FUR & FABEL Fragrance Mist For Dogs is made to refresh your dog’s coat between baths with a clean sophisticated scent. Our pH-balanced formula is non-toxic and alcohol free.

This is a cosmetic grooming product and is not intended to treat skin conditions, odor from infection, fleas, anxiety, or any medical condition.

Spray lightly on fur, avoiding the eyes and face. Brush gently through coat or let air dry. Start with a small amount and reapply as needed to achieve desired strength. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. For external use only on pets. Keep bottle out of reach of children and pets.

We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to place a new order and return the original item if it qualifies.

Used items are not eligible for exchange.

Returned items must be unused, clean, and in original condition.

A $30 sanitation fee will be applied to all pet carrier returns to ensure safety for all buyers.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging. Items must be clean, free of pet hair, odor, wear, or damage. Customers are responsible for return shipping; a mailing label will be provided. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 15 days after the return is received and inspected. Bank processing times may vary.

Discounted sale items are final sale; no refunds are allowed.

Fragrance returns must be unopened and sealed in its original plastic wrap to be eligible for a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-14 days. Bank processing times may vary.

Original shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a verified damaged item.
