Return and refund policy

Effective June 1, 2026

 

FUR & FABEL accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items that are unused, clean, undamaged, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

To qualify for a return, items must be free of pet hair, odor, stains, wear, damage, or signs of use. Pet carriers must be returned with all original packaging, tags, accessories, inserts, and components included. A $25 sanitation fee applies to all pet carrier returns.

Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Fragrance products may only be returned if it is unopened, unused, sealed, and still in its original plastic wrap. Opened or used fragrance mist is not eligible for return or refund.

Once your return is received, it will be inspected to confirm eligibility. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Items that are used, damaged, missing original packaging, affected by pet hair or odor, or returned outside the 30-day window are not eligible for refund.

Discounted sale items are final sale; no refunds are allowed.

To begin a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return before sending the item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
