Do not leave pet inside the carrier unattended at any time. Do not attach the mesh cover unless your pet can turn around, lay flat, and rest comfortably inside the carrier. The mesh cover is fully retractable.

Orders ship from Miami within 1–3 business days. Delivery times and rates are shown at checkout, with tracking provided once shipped. U.S. orders over $50 ship free.

International orders may incur duties or taxes, payable by the client.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging, including all tags. Items must be clean and free of pet hair, odor, wear, or damage. A $25 sanitation fee applies to pet carrier returns. Discounted sale items are final sale; no refunds.
